chicken cutlet
ingredients
- Boneless chopped chicken - 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp.
- Rice flour - 4 tsp.
- Egg - 1.
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp.
- Chicken masala - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt as required
- Rusk powder or bread crumbs - 1cup
- Sunflower oil - as required for deep fry.

method of preparation
- Wash the chopped chicken properly and soak in a 2 tsp. of curd for 1/2 an hour.
- Again wash the chopped chicken and drain out the water.
- Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, rice flour, chilly powder and chicken masala powder to the chopped chicken.
- Mix well and set them aside for 2 hours.
- Take a pan and pour oil to fry.
- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- Take chopped and soaked chicken and flatten it into a small circle shape, dip in a beateb egg and then in a rusk powder on both sides and deep fry to a reddish brown colour.
- This can be served as a evening snacks and children like this type of chicken cutlet very much.
- Seve hot with tomato kechup.
