sesame(til) laddu
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups sesame (til) seeds
- 1/2-cup water
- 1/2 cups brown sugar or powdered jaggery
- 1/4 Cup coconut scraped
- Cardamom powder a pinch
- 1 spoon Butter
METHOD OF PREPARATIOn
- Take a pan and heat it on the medium flame.
- Boil water with jaggery to make syrup.
- When it starts boiling filter it using tea filter then add coconut and heat till it becomes thick.
- Roast sesame seeds in the other pan using butter until they become light brown.
- Add these seeds to the syrup and mix. Add cardamom powder also.
- Let it cool for some time and make balls.
